Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer for its Bojonegoro branch in East Java (Jawa Timur). This role is pivotal in expanding our vehicle financing portfolio, building lasting relationships with both individual consumers and dealer networks, and ensuring that every financing solution aligns with the company’s high standards of service and compliance. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, work Monday through Saturday, and enjoy a structured work schedule from 08:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through face‑to‑face interactions, inbound and outbound phone calls, and digital channels.
- Develop, nurture, and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers, converting leads into approved financing contracts.
- Coordinate with dealer partners and internal distribution channels to ensure seamless loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Conduct detailed consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, financing needs, and satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and legal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan approval process.
- Track performance metrics, such as loan volume, conversion rate, and collection quality, and report results to branch management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices in multifinance sales.
- Represent Adira Finance at local events, automotive exhibitions, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study) – graduates from all disciplines are welcome.
- Age: maximum 33 years old.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, consumer banking, or a closely related sales environment; fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered.
- Demonstrated understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and build trust.
- High levels of integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, customer relationship management tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Finance branch that matches the candidate’s domicile.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, handling a fast‑paced workload with professionalism.
