Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Petugas Remedial Penagihan for its Kapur IX branch in Kab. Limapuluh Kota. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) and supporting the company’s strong commitment to financial discipline and customer partnership. The successful candidate will work closely with the credit, sales, and operations teams to protect the company’s asset quality while maintaining respectful and constructive relationships with borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue account collection, ensuring all actions are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Monitor daily aging reports and prioritize collection activities based on risk exposure and payment history.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans, settlement offers, or restructuring options.
- Prepare and submit accurate collection status reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance departments for escalation of delinquent accounts that may require formal recovery procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications, agreements, and payments in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to provide feedback on customer credit behavior and suggest improvements to risk assessment models.
- Participate in regular training sessions on regulatory changes, collection best practices, and negotiation techniques.
- Support the development of customer education initiatives that promote responsible borrowing and timely repayments.
- Adhere to all internal policies, data privacy standards, and external regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) – all majors accepted; S1 (bachelor) preferred.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- Maximum age: 29–30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical ability.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong orientation toward meeting collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira Cabang office according to domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
