SPX Express, a fast‑growing logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic leader to head its operations hub in Pamboang, Majene, Sulawesi Barat. The position, titled Pimpinan SPX Express, reports directly to Regional Operations Management and plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing that every parcel, from pickup to final delivery, reaches the customer on time and in perfect condition. This full‑time role follows a standard Monday‑Friday schedule (09:30 – 18:30) and is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor end‑to‑end parcel flow, ensuring timely collection, transit, and delivery while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate daily activities with the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to synchronize schedules and resolve bottlene‑backs.
- Implement risk‑mitigation strategies that minimize loss, damage, or misplacement of shipments throughout the hub.
- Oversee all hub transactions, including inbound receipt, outbound dispatch, and real‑time tracking of inventory.
- Supervise inbound and outbound operations, ensuring proper handling, accurate documentation, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Train, coach, and develop hub staff—drivers, warehouse associates, and support personnel—to improve performance, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, pick‑rate accuracy, and cost per parcel, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of last‑mile and first‑mile logistics trends, applying best practices to streamline processes.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to generate reports, forecast demand, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health‑and‑safety standards within the hub.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in both Last Mile and First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a logistics hub or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to reside in and be permanently stationed at Pamboang, Kab. Majene, Sulawesi Barat.
