Introduction

This role is pivotal in driving market share, building strong client relationships, and steering the team toward aggressive revenue targets while upholding the company’s values of integrity, hard work, and customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and regional market conditions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a field sales team of 5–8 representatives, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular coaching sessions.
- Identify high‑potential accounts, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust tactics and recommend new product positioning.
- Coordinate with the product development and logistics departments to ensure timely product availability and optimal promotional support.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Organize and lead field visits, trade shows, and promotional events, ensuring brand consistency and maximum ROI.
- Handle high‑pressure situations, resolve customer complaints promptly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki)
- Age: Maximum 35 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work experience: At least 1 year of proven field sales experience
- Residence: Based in Jakarta; candidates from the surrounding suburbs (Lebak, Tangerang, etc.) are preferred
- Key skills: Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities
- Personal attributes: Honest, diligent, hard‑working, and able to thrive under pressure
- Availability: Ready to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00
