Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and bake a variety of pizza recipes according to company specifications, maintaining consistency in flavor and appearance.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, dough mixers, slicers, and other specialized pizza‑making tools.
  • Monitor inventory levels of dough, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and supplies; communicate restocking needs to the kitchen manager.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols, conducting regular cleaning of workstations and equipment.
  • Collaborate with fellow cooks, line staff, and front‑of‑house personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment, especially during peak service periods.
  • Assist in the development of new pizza menu items, offering feedback on flavor combinations and preparation methods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑ventilated work area, following the restaurant’s sanitation schedule.
  • Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, prioritizing tasks to keep service flowing smoothly during busy shifts.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on culinary techniques, safety standards, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a pizza kitchen or similar fast‑paced food‑service environment.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to teammates and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilience under pressure; capable of maintaining quality standards during rush hours.
