Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Shopkeeper (Pengelola Toko Ritel Skala Kecil) to join our growing retail team. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a small‑scale retail store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish merchandise promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons, answering queries, and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate sales records, process transactions using the store’s POS system, and generate daily financial reports.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
- Train, mentor, and schedule part‑time staff or assistants, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with health regulations.
- Identify opportunities for promotions, upselling, and cross‑selling to maximize revenue.
- Prepare weekly performance summaries for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as foot traffic, conversion rates, and stock turnover.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging product lines to keep the store competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail store management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to use a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, honest, and innovative attitude.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a high level of responsibility.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and cash handling.
