Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain a clean and organized store entrance, including regular checks of signage, lighting, and safety equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of promotional displays, aligning with the store’s visual merchandising standards.
- Handle basic cash transactions, issue receipts, and accurately record sales in the store’s management system.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to verify that stock levels are sufficient for peak hours and to report any discrepancies.
- Support the store manager in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing simple reports.
- Monitor the store’s security protocols, including door locks, CCTV checks, and emergency procedures.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements
- Female candidate who wears a hijab in accordance with company policy.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for extended periods and handling moderate workload.
- Not currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program or holding another full‑time job.

- Possession of a personal vehicle is preferred to facilitate reliable commute.
- Residence as close as possible to the workplace is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy, especially familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) and store management systems.
