Introduction

The Officer Kredit Marketing – Area Tanah Grogot, Paser is a front‑line position within our credit financing division, responsible for driving loan acquisition and building strong relationships with both individual customers and business partners in the Tanah Grogot region. This role is pivotal for expanding our market share, promoting our financing products, and ensuring a seamless credit application experience for borrowers. The successful candidate will operate from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and will be a key ambassador of our brand in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers: Conduct market research, generate leads, and actively prospect potential borrowers through cold‑calling, networking events, and community outreach.
  • Promote financing products: Present our loan offerings—such as vehicle, equipment, and consumer credit—clearly articulating benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to match customer needs.
  • Develop partnerships with dealers and agents: Establish and nurture collaborative agreements with automotive dealers, appliance retailers, and other strategic partners to create referral pipelines.
  • Collect and verify customer documentation: Guide applicants through the required paperwork, ensure completeness, and perform preliminary checks for accuracy and compliance.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly credit sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate records: Update the CRM system daily, track pipeline status, and generate reports for management review.
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and build lasting trust that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 32 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
  • Work experience: Entry‑level (0+ years) – candidates with any prior sales or customer‑facing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Key competencies: Strong communication skills, quick adaptability, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Technical skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM tools, and the ability to handle documentation accurately.
