Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and restocking service stations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, following all health regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory checks, report shortages, and help with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell specials, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18–25 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service.

- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail and a diligent work ethic.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
