Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales activities by approaching consumers in high‑traffic locations and presenting product benefits persuasively.
- Maintain a consistent presence at the sites assigned by the company, ensuring coverage of peak shopping periods and special events.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer customer inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly to foster trust and repeat business.
- Conduct routine product care and after‑sales service, including product setup, troubleshooting, and follow‑up visits when necessary.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, compiling detailed reports for the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, collect consumer feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of samples, promotional materials, and sales collateral at each location.
- Adhere to company policies regarding appearance, conduct, and safety while representing the brand in public spaces.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, retail promotion, or related field.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and present compelling sales offers.
- Basic sales administration, including report writing and data entry.
- Self‑motivation, time‑management, and the capacity to work independently.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Willingness to stay at the locations designated by the company for the duration of assignments.
