We are seeking an enthusiastic Promotor Produk & Pembicara to join our dynamic team in Balikpapan. This role is pivotal in showcasing our latest AUVI and electronic product lines to a diverse customer base, driving brand awareness, and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for technology with strong communication skills, presenting product features in an engaging manner while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations and presentations at retail outlets, trade shows, and community events, ensuring clear articulation of features, benefits, and usage instructions.
- Engage customers proactively, answer technical questions, and provide personalized recommendations that align with their needs and purchasing power.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and closing techniques.
- Maintain an attractive, well‑organized display of AUVI and related electronic products, ensuring inventory is stocked and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Collect and analyse competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare concise after‑action reports summarising sales performance, customer feedback, and event outcomes.
- Collaborate with the training department to stay current on product specifications, warranty policies, and emerging technology trends.
- Support the planning and execution of in‑store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns, coordinating with logistics and visual merchandising teams.
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, reflecting the brand’s image and values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the AUVI, electronics, or consumer tech sector.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Competency in competitor analysis and market research.
- Professional, neat appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work a seven‑day schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
