We are seeking an enthusiastic and results‑driven Promotor Wilayah Sulawesi dan Papua to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence across Sulawesi and Papua by delivering hands‑on product demonstrations, educating consumers on the latest electronic innovations, and driving measurable sales growth. Responsibilities
- Increase brand awareness and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through engaging, in‑store product demonstrations.
- Educate consumers on the features, advantages, and benefits of electronic products such as televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines.
- Maintain immaculate merchandising displays, ensuring products are properly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and report any stock discrepancies to the regional supervisor.
- Collect, verify, and submit daily and monthly sales data, including transaction logs and customer feedback.
- Conduct market research by gathering competitor information and consumer preferences to inform promotional strategies.
- Provide after‑sales support, answering product‑related questions and assisting with warranty or service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional promotional events, roadshows, and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring optimal product placement and cooperative marketing efforts.
- Continuously update personal product knowledge through training sessions and industry publications.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as an electronic product promoter, supported by a work reference letter.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical specifications in layman’s terms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑service orientation.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to travel across Sulawesi and Papua, working Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
