We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Motorik professionals to join our dynamic sales force. As a Sales Motorik, you will be the face of Artaboga, delivering our beloved snack lines—such as TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, and IMPERIAL—directly to small‑scale retailers, warungs, and market stalls. This role offers a vibrant blend of field sales, customer relationship building, and hands‑on logistics, making it ideal for individuals who thrive on independent work and enjoy connecting with the community.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new retail outlets, warungs, and traditional market stalls within the Pringsewu district.
- Present Artaboga’s snack portfolio, highlighting key product attributes, promotional offers, and pricing structures.
- Negotiate and close cash‑based sales transactions while ensuring accurate receipt issuance and cash handling.
- Load, transport, and unload product inventory using the company‑provided saddle bag and maintain product integrity during transit.
- Conduct regular route visits, replenish stock levels, and monitor shelf placement to maximize product visibility.
- Collect daily sales data, submit route reports, and provide market feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to arrange timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Artaboga’s brand standards while on the road.
- Participate in periodic promotional events, product launches, and training sessions organized by the company.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies during field operations.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling a motorcycle and loading duties.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years of sales experience; prior field sales or distribution experience is a plus.
- Valid motorcycle license and a reliable personal motorcycle (the company provides a saddle bag).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse retailers.
- Basic numeracy for cash handling, invoicing, and daily sales reporting.
- Self‑motivation, time‑management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on problem solving and satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions and work flexible hours as needed.
