Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Purchasing and Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery criteria.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders using the company’s ERP system, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date supplier databases, including performance metrics, compliance documentation, and contact information.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department to reconcile invoices, verify receipt of goods, and resolve any billing issues.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed of price trends, new products, and emerging suppliers in the industry.
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on spend analysis, savings achieved, and procurement performance for senior management review.
- Support internal teams by providing timely information on material availability, lead times, and alternative sourcing options.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply‑chain support
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with procurement software
