Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat to join our dynamic tutoring team in Sukabumi. As a private tutor, you will work closely with children and teenagers, delivering tailored lessons that align with each learner’s needs and goals.
The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, allowing you to develop professional teaching skills while enjoying a stable, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for students ranging from kindergarten (TK) to high school (SMA) in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to both learners and parents.
- Maintain a tidy and organized learning space, ensuring all teaching materials are prepared in advance.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with parents or guardians regarding attendance, performance, and any areas needing additional support.
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Utilize digital tools and educational software to enhance interactive learning experiences.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share best practices, discuss challenges, and coordinate schedules.
- Commit to continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions offered by the company.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Female candidate, preferably a current university student in her final semester or a recent graduate (S1) from any discipline; education majors are highly preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification of D3/D4; candidates with a bachelor’s degree are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a natural ability to connect with children and adolescents.
- Capability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) and a variety of subjects.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; neat, clean, and modest attire is required.
- Flexibility to adhere to the predetermined teaching schedule and willingness to adjust when necessary.
- Residence within or near the Sukabumi area is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic teaching aids, such as whiteboards, presentation software, and learning management systems.
