Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Gianyar. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every product leaving our warehouse meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer specifications. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a dynamic environment where technical precision and proactive communication are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve units slated for quality inspection from the warehouse according to the Production Order (SPK) generated by the Sales department.
- Conduct thorough QC checks on each unit, adhering strictly to the requirements outlined in the SPK system.
- Document inspection results with clear, high‑resolution photos and videos to provide visual evidence of compliance.
- Submit all visual documentation to the PI Supervisor or Foreman on the same day of inspection.
- Immediately report any discrepancies, missing components, or design changes to the Foreman PI for corrective action.
- Affix the “QC Passed” barcode to units that successfully meet all specifications.
- Record daily QC outcomes in the designated work log (daily report) to maintain accurate production records.
- Organize and return all inspection tools and equipment to their proper storage locations after each shift.
- Verify that no power cords remain connected to outlets when equipment is not in use, ensuring workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to suggest process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in product inspection, quality assurance, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using inspection tools, measuring devices, and digital documentation platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads throughout the shift.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating the SPK system and basic office software for reporting.
