Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing football products, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign planning, including market research, target audience segmentation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Create compelling visual and video content using AI‑enhanced tools, Canva, CapCut, and other editing software to engage fans and stakeholders.
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on major social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter), ensuring consistent voice and high engagement rates.
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect product features and user needs.
- Analyze campaign metrics, generate insightful reports, and recommend data‑driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, and influencers in the football ecosystem to amplify reach and drive co‑branding opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Maximum age: 25 years; candidates must be male and domiciled in Bandar Lampung.
- Strong discipline, honesty, ethical conduct, and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in social media management and a solid track record of growing online communities.
- Advanced skills in photo and video editing using AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or comparable platforms.
- Deep understanding of football culture, terminology, and fan behavior in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- At least 1‑2 years of relevant marketing experience (internships or freelance projects are acceptable).
