Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily ranger schedules and allocate resources to match guest group sizes and activity preferences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, briefing sessions, and post‑visit feedback collection.
  • Maintain compliance with all hotel and park operational standards, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed during tours, hikes, and wildlife encounters.
  • Develop and update guest itineraries, incorporating educational content, cultural insights, and recreational activities that align with our sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the housekeeping, front‑desk, and food‑service departments to guarantee seamless service delivery throughout the guest journey.
  • Prepare and present daily operational reports, highlighting occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and any incident reports.
  • Assist in training new ranger staff on hospitality best practices, customer service techniques, and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage inventory of safety equipment, educational materials, and guest amenities, ensuring all items are stocked and in good condition.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and implement corrective actions to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, such as creating promotional materials and supporting social media campaigns that showcase our unique ranger programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field); high school (SMA/SMK) is acceptable with relevant experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and the ability to apply them to outdoor and park settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality guest service.
  • Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for outdoor education.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Resilience under pressure and adaptability to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
