Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑ins, briefing sessions, and post‑visit feedback collection.
- Maintain compliance with all hotel and park operational standards, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed during tours, hikes, and wildlife encounters.
- Develop and update guest itineraries, incorporating educational content, cultural insights, and recreational activities that align with our sustainability goals.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping, front‑desk, and food‑service departments to guarantee seamless service delivery throughout the guest journey.
- Prepare and present daily operational reports, highlighting occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and any incident reports.
- Assist in training new ranger staff on hospitality best practices, customer service techniques, and emergency response procedures.
- Manage inventory of safety equipment, educational materials, and guest amenities, ensuring all items are stocked and in good condition.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field); high school (SMA/SMK) is acceptable with relevant experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar coordination role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operational standards and the ability to apply them to outdoor and park settings.
