Responsibilities
- Process cash, debit, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the cash register system, reconcile daily sales, and prepare end‑of‑day reports.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in inventory control by tracking stock levels of packaged goods and notifying the manager of low supplies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in weekly shift rotations (07:30‑16:00 or 15:30‑23:00) and occasional overtime to meet peak‑hour demand.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional activities, such as upselling special menu items and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Female, Muslim, and residing in Boyolali.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail cash handling environment.
- Strong numerical ability and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, discipline, and quick decision‑making.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rotating shift schedules.
- Willingness to work overtime once a week and switch shifts on a weekly basis.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle occasional heavy trays or merchandise.
