Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products directly to prospective customers and via inbound/outbound phone calls.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into approved financing applications while adhering to daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and expand distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and online platforms, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, financial needs, and product suitability.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, negotiate terms, and guide customers through the application and approval process.
- Collaborate closely with credit analysts, legal teams, and branch managers to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as loan disbursement volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling documentation, and facilitating loan servicing.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the automotive financing sector.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in vehicle financing, sales, or a related financial services role (new graduates are welcome but will be considered a plus if they have internship exposure).
- Core Skills:
- Sales management and target‑driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.
- Ability to analyze credit data and understand multi‑finance processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and basic financial calculators.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance office in the candidate’s domicile area.
