- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Support the cooking process by following recipes, timing dishes, and ensuring consistent quality.
- Adhere to food safety standards, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and allergen handling.
- Collaborate with team members during peak service periods to meet high‑volume demand.
- Perform routine kitchen maintenance tasks such as waste disposal, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes under the direction of senior kitchen staff.
- Provide courteous service to fellow staff, responding promptly to internal requests and communication.
- Participate in regular training sessions on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of practical experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capability to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with standard kitchen tools and equipment.
