Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Cook Helper – Kitchen Support Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with receiving and stocking deliveries.
  • Support the cooking process by following recipes, timing dishes, and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Adhere to food safety standards, including proper temperature control, sanitation, and allergen handling.
  • Collaborate with team members during peak service periods to meet high‑volume demand.
  • Perform routine kitchen maintenance tasks such as waste disposal, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.
  • Assist in plating and garnishing dishes under the direction of senior kitchen staff.
  • Provide courteous service to fellow staff, responding promptly to internal requests and communication.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Capability to perform under pressure during busy service periods.
  • Basic cooking skills and familiarity with standard kitchen tools and equipment.

  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
