Introduction
The Relationship Officer position based in Ciledug, serving the greater Jabodetabek Selatan area, is a front‑line role responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. As a key member of our sales and credit team, you will act as the trusted liaison between the company’s multifinance products and the market, ensuring customers receive timely information, accurate documentation, and a seamless credit approval experience.
Responsibilities
- Proactively offer a portfolio of multifinance products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual financial needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, including dealers, brokers, and direct outreach.
- Collect initial customer data, verify identity, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, coordinating with underwriting and finance teams to expedite decisions.
- Communicate credit approval or rejection outcomes promptly to dealers and customers, providing clear explanations and next steps.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other essential loan servicing details.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling additional financial products based on customer profiles.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and gather market feedback.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on pipeline status, challenges, and achievements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat; D3 preferred.
- Age: maximum 29 years at the time of hiring.
- All genders are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and credit evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with dealers and customers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and product updates.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools (CRM, Excel, presentation software).
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus, though fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
