Introduction

The Promotor Penjualan Pria will act as the face of Polytron in assigned stores, driving product awareness, executing promotional activities, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets for each assigned store by actively promoting Polytron products and upselling where appropriate.
- Implement and monitor central promotional campaigns, ensuring all in‑store displays, signage, and activities comply with corporate guidelines.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications, to effectively answer customer inquiries and demonstrate value.
- Ensure product displays adhere to brand standards, keep the sales area clean, and follow all SOPs related to visual merchandising.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with store managers, staff, and customers to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on attendance, sales performance, and inventory levels, and communicate findings to regional supervisors.
- Identify market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to improve future promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the central marketing team to suggest new promotional ideas and product placement strategies.
- Handle stock replenishment requests and coordinate with logistics to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales promoter, retail associate, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers confidently.
- Professional demeanor with a neat, well‑groomed appearance.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to work under pressure and adapt to changing promotional schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Male gender (as specified by the client’s hiring policy).
