Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Relationship Officer to join our team in Cileungsi, serving the greater Jakarta‑Bogor‑Depok‑Tangerang (Jabodetabek) region. In this client‑facing role, you will be the primary liaison between our company’s financial products and both existing and prospective customers. Your mission is to build lasting relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure a smooth credit application process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s portfolio of financial products to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
  • Capture orders through various distribution channels, conduct thorough initial data collection, verify information, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
  • Monitor the end‑to‑end progress of each credit application, maintaining clear communication with dealers and customers regarding status updates and final decisions.
  • Provide customers with detailed information on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent transaction details.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by leveraging telemarketing, networking events, and referral programs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal underwriting, risk, and operations teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues that may arise during the credit approval cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and fostering a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) or higher (D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 33 years.

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, credit coordination, or relationship management within a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including persuasive telemarketing techniques and the ability to articulate complex product features in simple terms.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
