Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dedicated team in Cileungsi, Jabodetabek. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables, supporting our mission to provide reliable multifinance solutions across Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for accounts receivable (A/R) that are overdue, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues.
- Monitor credit status continuously, flagging high‑risk accounts and escalating critical cases to senior management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, highlighting trends, recovery rates, and any obstacles encountered.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and credit assessment teams to understand the underlying reasons for delinquency and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest collection techniques, legal regulations, and financial products offered by Adira Finance.
- Support special projects such as portfolio reviews, debt restructuring initiatives, and the development of improved collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any field; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) are also considered if they demonstrate relevant experience.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational requirements).
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection; fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM or collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office location that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
