Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team in Demak, Jawa Tengah. This role is a cornerstone of our vehicle financing business, focusing on both direct and tele‑phonic marketing, channel management, and customer outreach. The successful candidate will become a trusted liaison between the company and its clients, helping to drive loan approvals, deepen relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products through face‑to‑face visits, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects by leveraging existing distribution networks and exploring new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess financing needs, creditworthiness, and satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and present tailored financing proposals, ensuring compliance with Adira Finance’s underwriting standards.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and risk management.
- Collaborate with branch managers, credit officers, and after‑sales support teams to streamline the application‑to‑disbursement process.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets and generate reports for senior management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on multi‑finance industry trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams based on market insights and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all fields are welcome.
- Age: maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related multi‑finance environment (experience considered a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a proven ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for persuasive negotiation.
- High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in sales‑oriented tools and techniques, including CRM platforms and tele‑marketing best practices.
- Willingness to be placed at an Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
