Introduction

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely recovery of overdue receivables, supporting the company’s cash‑flow health, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for all accounts receivable (A/R) that are past due, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits, employing effective negotiation techniques to secure repayment agreements.
- Develop and monitor individualized repayment plans, adjusting terms where appropriate to balance customer goodwill with the company’s recovery targets.
- Update the collection management system with accurate call logs, payment confirmations, and status changes, providing real‑time visibility for senior management.
- Collaborate with credit analysis, legal, and risk‑management teams to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend escalation procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and forecasted cash inflows, highlighting trends and recommending process improvements.
- Conduct field visits to assess borrower’s financial situation, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Participate in training sessions on the latest regulatory changes, collection best practices, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; open to fresh graduates with a strong academic record.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related finance function (experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the current posting criteria.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear orientation toward achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with collection management systems.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
