Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming footwear to assess damage, identify repair needs, and record findings in the store management system.
- Perform a wide range of repairs including sole replacement, stitching, heel adjustments, and leather conditioning.
- Utilize specialized tools such as sewing machines, lasting equipment, and adhesive applicators safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench, ensuring all tools are properly stored and calibrated.
- Collaborate with sales staff to provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers on maintenance best practices.
- Follow company safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
- Participate in a mandatory one‑month training program covering product knowledge, repair techniques, and customer service standards.
- Document completed repairs in the system, tracking time spent and materials used for inventory control.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving and organizing shoe repair supplies and replacement parts.
- Continuously seek ways to improve repair efficiency and suggest process enhancements to management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of delivering precise workmanship.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and reliability in attendance and task completion.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
