Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC to join our growing team in the Kabupaten Pasuruan area. This role focuses on expanding the reach of our electronic payment solutions among micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of our brand, delivering compelling value propositions to merchants and driving daily acquisition targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive canvassing and door‑to‑door visits to UMKM owners, presenting the benefits of our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines.
  • Achieve a minimum sales target of 2‑3 new EDC units per day through effective prospecting, product demonstrations, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, updating the CRM system daily with accurate contact information and activity notes.
  • Identify merchant pain points, tailor solutions to meet their transaction volume and cost‑efficiency needs, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and installation of EDC devices.
  • Provide post‑sale support, gathering feedback to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for management.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting electronic payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or field‑service role, preferably within financial services or technology.
  • All genders are welcome; the position is open to both male and female candidates.
  • Possession of a valid SIM C and ownership of a two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel across the district.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during promotional periods.
