Introduction

We are seeking dynamic and service‑oriented individuals to join our team as Petugas Lapangan Baturaja Timur – Account Officer (AO). This role is a front‑line position that combines community outreach, business development, and financial advisory to empower women entrepreneurs from low‑to‑middle income backgrounds. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be a crucial link between our financing products and the grassroots market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential partner women (Ibu‑Ibu) who are interested in starting or expanding a small business.
  • Organize and facilitate the formation of productive groups, typically comprising ten members, to enable collective borrowing and mutual support.
  • Assess creditworthiness, prepare loan proposals, and disburse micro‑loans tailored to the specific needs of each group.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, helping partners develop business plans, manage cash flow, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with partners through regular field visits, community events, and transparent communication.
  • Collect loan repayments on a bi‑weekly schedule, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely reporting to the back‑office.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—risk, underwriting, and compliance—to resolve any issues that arise during the loan lifecycle.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on financial products, regulatory changes, and best practices in community financing.
  • Promote the company’s brand and values in the field, acting as an ambassador for PT Bina Artha Ventura.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.

  • No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong motivation to serve the community are encouraged.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic marketing acumen to promote financing solutions to potential partners.
