Responsibilities
- Actively promote Home Credit payment products to walk‑in customers, clearly explaining financing terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
- Guide customers through the application process, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize personal Android smartphone to capture leads, record interactions, and update the CRM system in real time.
- Develop and execute localized social‑media campaigns (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to raise awareness of Home Credit offerings and drive foot traffic to the outlet.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand image of Home Credit at all times.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering queries about repayment schedules, handling payment issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and share best practices with the team.
- Collect customer feedback and relay market insights to the regional sales manager to help shape product enhancements.
- Adhere to the scheduled work hours (Tuesday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00) and maintain punctual attendance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma or higher is advantageous.
- No strict age limit – we welcome candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably basic English) with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions and turn objections into sales opportunities.
- Professional grooming and a presentable appearance suitable for a retail environment.
- Own an Android‑based smartphone with reliable internet access for on‑the‑job tasks.
- Willingness to be stationed at Home Credit partner outlets in Balikpapan, whether in street‑level shops or mall locations.
- Basic computer literacy – familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new financial products, sales techniques, and digital marketing tools.
