We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer who can build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, drive loan applications, and contribute to the company’s growth in the region. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan products to both existing clients and new prospects through direct outreach, phone calls, and digital channels.
- Identify, qualify, and secure orders from channel distribution partners, ensuring accurate initial data collection.
- Verify customer information, gather required documentation, and complete credit application forms in accordance with internal compliance standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the credit assessment team, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other pertinent details to ensure smooth loan servicing.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline and update CRM systems daily, ensuring data integrity for forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to convey market feedback, helping to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to team targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any field; graduates from all majors are welcome.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial services or consumer financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in sales management tools, basic Excel, and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional field visits as needed.
