Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Canvasser to join our dynamic team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling motorbike spare parts and accessories to retail outlets, workshops, and service centers across the assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers by actively prospecting spare‑part stores and motorcycle workshops within the designated area.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Present product catalogs, demonstrate key features, and provide technical support to help customers choose the right accessories and parts.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities, including monitoring competitor pricing, promotional tactics, and emerging trends in the automotive aftermarket.
  • Develop and execute a daily work plan that outlines visit schedules, sales targets, and follow‑up actions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, update the customer database (NOO), and track progress against KPIs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while adhering to company policies and profit‑margin objectives.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any post‑sale issues.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices with the broader sales force.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 graduates from any discipline are also considered.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in automotive product sales, preferably in spare‑parts or accessories.
  • Strong knowledge of the motorcycle industry, current market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a resilient, goal‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating honesty and integrity.
  • Robust negotiation skills with the capacity to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current hiring policy.
