Introduction

This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our daily store activities, ensuring that customers experience a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards, including regular floor sweeping, waste disposal, and equipment checks.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting routine cycle counts.
- Support the sales floor by guiding customers, answering product queries, and providing a friendly, professional presence.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate with supervisors to schedule and execute shift rotations, including weekend and national holiday coverage.
- Identify and report any maintenance or operational issues to management promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and assist in implementing new operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, hospitality, or similar customer‑facing environment (experience may be waived for fresh graduates with strong motivation).
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including Saturdays and national holidays.
- Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail, proactive initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and POS software.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 20 kg.
