We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Canvassing Internet Specialist for the Palembang area. Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door and street‑level canvassing to generate new leads for internet services.
- Present product features, pricing, and promotional packages clearly and persuasively.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and overcome objections to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions using the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth hand‑over of newly signed customers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas set by the regional manager.
- Provide regular field reports on market feedback, competitor activity, and potential growth opportunities.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and sales techniques.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, appearance, and ethical conduct while interacting with the public.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Management, Communication, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Marketing, International Relations, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- GPA of at least 3.0 for recent graduates.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or consumer services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse customers effectively.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors, often in varying weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and CRM software for data entry and reporting.
