Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2‑D and 3‑D drafting drawings using AutoCAD, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
- Produce architectural layouts, structural frames, electrical schematics, and, when possible, sanitary system diagrams.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret design concepts, material selections, and construction methods.
- Maintain an organized library of drawing files, revisions, and reference documents to ensure traceability.
- Assist in the preparation of bill‑of‑materials (BOM) and quantity take‑offs based on finalized drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings, providing technical input and incorporating feedback into updated drawings.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AutoCAD features, 3D Max capabilities, and emerging drafting standards.
- Support on‑site teams by delivering clear, printable drawings and answering technical queries during construction phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements and best‑practice documentation.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a fresh graduate degree (S1) or SMK diploma in engineering, drafting, or a related field are strongly preferred.
- No minimum years of experience required – we welcome recent graduates ready to launch their career.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2‑D and 3‑D drafting; knowledge of 3D Max is a plus.
- Basic understanding of building construction techniques, structural materials, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
