We are seeking a dynamic Sales Counter professional to join our busy store environment. This role is pivotal for delivering an exceptional shopping experience, handling transactions efficiently, and representing the Bisma brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring cash handling and receipt issuance follow company policies.
- Maintain a tidy and attractive sales counter, including product displays, promotional materials, and pricing tags.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase average transaction value.
- Monitor stock levels at the counter, report low inventory, and coordinate with the back‑office team for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and escalate complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and support store‑wide promotional campaigns.
- Prepare end‑of‑day reports, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security procedures, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants must be within the legally permissible working age; no upper limit specified.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this position.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
