We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Retail professional to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta. The role focuses on promoting and selling our retail product portfolio to both end‑users and business customers in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) and B2C segments. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with at least one year of sales experience to shape market strategy, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing market share in the retail sector.
- Identify, approach, and nurture new retail accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly communicating key features, benefits, and usage scenarios.
- Provide tailored product recommendations based on customer needs, purchasing behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions to adjust tactics proactively.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create sales decks, quotations, and contract documentation.
- Travel to client sites within the Yogyakarta region as needed, adhering to a standard work schedule of 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in HORECA or B2C environments.
- Possession of a valid SIM A and SIM C driver’s license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a knack for building long‑term relationships.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
