Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Elektronik to join our growing team in Bandung. The role focuses on promoting and selling high‑value AKARI electronic products to a network of partner stores. As a mobile sales representative, you will be the face of the brand on the ground, building relationships with retailers, meeting sales targets, and ensuring optimal product placement. Responsibilities

  • Proactively visit assigned partner stores every 3‑7 days, adapting the schedule to each store’s foot traffic patterns.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell AKARI’s high‑value electronic product line, highlighting features that meet retailer and end‑consumer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities, and inventory levels using the company’s mobile CRM system.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional terms, and order quantities to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop weekly and monthly sales plans aligned with company targets.
  • Provide on‑site product training and support to store staff, ensuring they can effectively showcase AKARI products to customers.
  • Collect market intelligence, including competitor pricing, new product launches, and consumer feedback, and report insights to the head office.
  • Adhere to the assigned shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and comply with all safety and grooming standards.
  • Utilize personal transportation (motorcycle) to travel efficiently across the designated coverage area.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18‑34 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the electronics or home‑appliance (HA) sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and well‑groomed personal presentation.
  • Willingness to work mobile, independently managing a territory of stores.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Gender‑neutral – open to all candidates.
  • Key competencies: electronic product knowledge, negotiation, goal‑orientation, and problem‑solving.
