Introduction
We are a fast‑growing distribution and logistics provider operating in the Lampung region, supporting a network of retail outlets and sales teams across Java and Sumatra. To keep our supply chain efficient and customer‑focused, we are looking for a diligent Admin Gudang & Penjualan (Warehouse & Sales Administrator) based in Seputih. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between inventory management, sales order fulfilment, and financial reconciliation, ensuring that our products reach the market on time and in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute daily stock reports, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, incoming shipments, and discrepancies.
- Allocate inventory to sales representatives based on order priorities, forecasted demand, and agreed credit limits.
- Verify that all customer payments are recorded accurately and reconcile them with sales invoices to prevent revenue leakage.
- Coordinate the preparation of retail outlet orders, ensuring correct picking, packing, and timely dispatch.
- Conduct daily stock opname during cut‑off periods to maintain real‑time accuracy of inventory data.
- Generate production lists for retail‑outlet orders, collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet lead‑time requirements.
- Inspect inventory for expired or soon‑to‑expire items and trigger appropriate disposition actions.
- Implement and monitor the FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology to minimise waste and optimise product turnover.
- Utilise advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to automate reporting and streamline data analysis.
- Support cross‑functional communication by following established workflow procedures and documenting any process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference given to candidates with an associate or bachelor degree (D3/S1) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate administration, preferably within a provider or distribution company.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create complex formulas, charts, and automated reports.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow defined work processes without supervision.
- Residency in Jati Agung, Provinsi Lampung is highly desirable to facilitate on‑site coordination.
- Age not exceeding 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- Demonstrated teamwork, quick adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
