Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Kredit Motor (Payroll) to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role you will promote motor‑bike financing solutions directly to payroll‑based employees of partner companies, driving brand awareness through mass‑event sales and ensuring a seamless credit journey from application to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities
- Present and sell motor‑bike credit offers to employees of payroll‑user companies, tailoring proposals to meet their financial needs.
- Organize and actively participate in large‑scale sales events and promotional activities to generate leads and close deals.
- Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of all application forms and supporting documentation required for credit approval.
- Monitor each applicant’s credit process, coordinating with underwriting teams to expedite approvals and resolve issues.
- Coordinate the hand‑over of the approved motor vehicle to the customer, ensuring a positive post‑sale experience.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, track sales performance metrics, and report results to management on a weekly basis.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help refine product offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- No strict age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualifications are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 0‑year experience, though prior sales experience in leasing, banking, or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to customer service demands, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle for travel to client sites and events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document handling and credit monitoring.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00–18:00, including occasional weekend events.
