Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine setup, calibration, and adjustments of equipment to meet product specifications.
- Inspect finished goods for visual defects, dimensional accuracy, and functional performance using both manual checks and automated testing tools.
- Document production data, quality findings, and any deviations in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or paper logbooks.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and ISO quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, shift leaders, and cross‑functional teams to report production status and quality concerns.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality inspection techniques.
- Work flexible shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA/Sederajat).
- Female candidates only.
- Strong personal presentation; professional, neat appearance.
- Hardworking, meticulous, honest, disciplined, and highly responsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays as required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and quality checklists.
- Basic understanding of shop floor safety practices and the ability to follow lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Team player with a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with a store management system or similar software is advantageous.
