Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Motorist (FMCG) to join our dynamic distribution team in the Bogor – Ciampea area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering our product portfolio directly to retail outlets, building lasting relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to retail stores, kiosks, and small‑scale customers within the assigned Bogor – Ciampea territory.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote the company’s FMCG products, ensuring customers understand key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Manage inventory levels on the motorbike, conduct regular stock checks, and replenish shelves to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update customer data, and submit daily activity reports using the company’s mobile CRM system.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and pricing updates to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure product displays adhere to brand guidelines and merchandising standards.
- Identify market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to the regional sales manager.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments securely and responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No strict age limit; candidates of any age may apply.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 0‑2 years of sales experience are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Quick adaptability to changing routes, product lines, and promotional activities.
- Basic numeracy and ability to perform simple sales administration and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable motorcycle suitable for commercial use.
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the regional sales team.
