Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Office Administration Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting both internal staff and external clients, and ensuring that our office environment remains organized, professional, and efficient. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and instant messaging platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and chats, providing accurate information and routing requests to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Maintain and update company records, spreadsheets, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation required by management.
- Operate and troubleshoot office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Manage social media channels and company accounts on smartphones, posting updates and monitoring engagement.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Uphold office cleanliness and organization, ensuring that workspaces, reception areas, and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.
- Provide occasional assistance to the Human Resources team with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee files.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or customer service representative is preferred.
- Proficient in using smartphones, social media platforms, and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to respond quickly to chat messages and manage appointment calendars efficiently.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
