Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan. This role is a key contributor to our market expansion strategy, responsible for building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our product portfolio, ensuring that our solutions reach the right audience with professionalism and precision.

The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, allowing a balanced work‑life rhythm while delivering high‑impact sales outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s range of products to existing clients and new prospects across the Banjarmasin region.
  • Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, coordinating closely with the finance department to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status or any required actions.
  • Communicate critical payment details—including due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations—to customers to ensure smooth transaction cycles.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads by conducting market research, attending trade events, and leveraging digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, after‑sales) to align sales strategies with product availability and promotional campaigns.
  • Produce regular sales reports and forecasts, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (Associate degree) in any field; D4 (Bachelor) is a plus.
  • Age limit: 29 years old or younger; recent graduates are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer‑facing experience is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with strong potential will also be considered.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and a commitment to honesty in all business dealings.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency with basic office software (MS Office, CRM tools) and comfortable using digital communication platforms.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to occasional travel within the region.
