Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Batulicin, Kalimantan. This position is the front line of our business, responsible for promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of products to both existing and prospective customers. This role offers a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing ample opportunity to develop a robust client network across the region.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage existing customers to upsell and cross‑sell company products, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and market research to expand the company’s market share.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives and provide feedback on market trends.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while adhering to company policies and profit‑margin guidelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management, and report progress in regular performance meetings.
- Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly to sustain long‑term relationships.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging product innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, product workshops, and sales strategy meetings to continuously improve skill sets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local hiring policies).
- No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages who demonstrate the right attitude and drive.
- Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior sales experience is not mandatory but considered a plus.
