This pivotal role supports the Sales Head Channeling in driving loan financing solutions through a network of agents, merchants, and partner outlets. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring that every credit application is processed with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process as directed by the Sales Head Channeling, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new order sources, including AXI agents, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels, expanding the market footprint.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners by providing exceptional service, regular follow‑ups, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collect, verify, and input consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle or asset assessments (taksasi) for financing proposals, obtaining necessary approvals from the Sales Head before final submission.
  • Perform on‑site surveys of potential borrowers, capture detailed observations, and upload comprehensive reports into the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to facilitate smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the region to propose strategic adjustments.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting sales metrics, pipeline status, and any challenges encountered.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and local regulatory requirements throughout all activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as stipulated by the client’s current hiring criteria).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within financial services, automotive financing, or consumer durable channels.
  • Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with merchants, agents, and customers.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to document verification, data entry, and credit assessment.
  • Ability to conduct field surveys, assess assets, and generate clear, concise reports.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional travel to partner locations.
