Introduction

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s products and services to both existing and new customers, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, including dealerships, brokers, and direct outreach.
- Collect initial customer data, verify information, and prepare complete documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, ensuring timely communication of approvals or rejections to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, due dates, and any other relevant terms to ensure smooth transaction cycles.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, status changes, and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, risk, and collection teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit process.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights, forecasting results, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 29 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within the financial or automotive financing sector (experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Own a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and have an active personal vehicle for field visits.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer orientation, and target‑driven performance.
- Strong understanding of credit processes, documentation requirements, and risk assessment basics.
- Willingness to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with flexibility to attend occasional after‑hours client meetings.
