Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation, loading, and unloading of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Perform routine quality checks, document deviations, and report any non‑conformities to the quality control team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles and company hygiene standards.
- Support shift handovers by preparing concise reports on production output, equipment status, and any outstanding issues.
- Participate in daily briefings, providing feedback on process improvements and potential bottlenecks.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in minor troubleshooting of equipment and coordinate with maintenance for more complex repairs.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding punctuality, attendance, and shift rotation.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent; high school diploma (SMA) is acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
- Gender: Female (perusahaan mendukung lingkungan kerja yang inklusif bagi perempuan).
- Age: 18‑25 years old, must be a practicing Muslimah who wears hijab.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, responsible, friendly, and highly communicative.
- Appearance: Presentable, neat, and modest attire consistent with company dress code.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
- Documentation: Submit a current CV, a color passport‑size photo, photocopy of KTP, and the latest diploma/degree certificate.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic store management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
