Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and engage both existing and new customers to present the company’s product lineup, tailoring solutions to meet individual financing and vehicle needs.
- Generate sales orders through the distribution channel, capture initial customer data, and conduct thorough verification of documentation required for credit applications.
- Prepare, submit, and track credit applications, ensuring all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, maintain regular communication with dealers and customers, and promptly relay approval or rejection decisions.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional contractual obligations, fostering transparency and trust.
- Coordinate with the collections team to follow up on overdue accounts, providing reminders and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, generate daily and weekly sales reports, and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, product training sessions, and market research initiatives to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all fields of study accepted).
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales, credit processing, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome but relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to a flexible schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, debt collection processes, and customer relationship management tools.
- Willingness to be placed according to domicile, with travel across the Sumatera Barat region.
